Da Young Lisa Park is a Korean-American filmmaker, writer and actor living in Los Angeles. Growing up she spent most of her time playing outside, watching films and compulsively reading books. Hiding behind the page and tv screen was an escape from her chaotic home life. At a young age, Lisa found joy in bringing levity and light to a room and was voted class clown. Her humor and love for storytelling has transferred over to her artistic endeavors. She strives to share stories of truth, love and messy emotions with originality, authenticity, and candor. In doing so, she hopes to connect with others so they’ll feel a little less lonely and angsty in the world.
These days she enjoys spending her time writing, making films, rock climbing mountains, playing the bass guitar and saxophone, reading in bed, and taking an afternoon cat nap. She also enjoys writing in the third person.
